We thought we'd tell you a little about our older "little" brother today because we think some of you wonder why he's not in our blog more. Well, he really doesn't want to be. He doesn't like getting his picture taken (he hangs his head and acts like he's in trouble unless Mom is sneaky about it!). He's getting rather elderly and he can't see very well and doesn't hear all that well, either. (The better to sneak up on!) He doesn't like playing with toys. He really only likes to sit next to Mom and sleep. He does still do his police duty of enforcing the "no running in the house" rule and tries to warn anyone who comes into our house to "go away!" But mostly, he just likes to rest.
We do tease him (especially Remy) but Mom protects him and doesn't let us do what we'd really like (bite his tail). Sometimes Remy does get a nip in now and then but believe me, Ippuni can hold his own! We never bother him when he's resting, only when he gets all bossy on us.
Mom says to be nice to him and that we'll be old dogs one day, too. Okay, you can take a rest today, Ippuni. We'll leave you alone . . . mostly.

Ippuni is a cute little fellow and our mom agrees that we should all be nice to the older pups among us. yeah, whatever mom, we guess so. we think it's interesting that those little dogs have so much attitude and like to act all ferocious and stuff. we're glad you're mostly nice to him. tail biting is awfully hard to resist though.

Hey guys, Ippuni isn't old at all! I think he must be really stress to have 2 active younger "Big" brothers running around him all the time. That is why is tries to stay awake but doze off... hee...
I turn away from camera all the time but jie jie is just nasty and won't give up so I just have to let her take my pictures so that I can have more peace.

It was hot in Louisiana today, too!
Delilah is our oldest poodle. She'll be nine on the 12th. She has cataracts and doesn't see as well as she used to, but she sure can see when we steal her coveted pink squeaky bone!

It's pretty warm here in Michigan too! Ippuni sounds like my friend Sophie, old but fun.
100 degrees! Wow its not quite that hot here yet, but mommy said it will be soon. My oldest kitty sister sometimes acts like a grouchy old ladycat but she's only 5, so mommy let's me nip her tail. hehehe

ps From Mom, I only let her nip the Q. Snickers tail because I know she will whapped in return and puppies have to learn when not to nip. hehe :)
